Easy-going and spirited, I'd say I'm a lover of things passionate and close to my heart - family, friends and what I do for a living.

Australia was home when I was young, but Atlanta has been home for most of the last 30 years. I lived in Europe during the late 80's/early 90's. Nowadays, I live in Atlanta near the city, with my kids. The closeness I share with family and friends means a lot.

Listening to music - especially hearing/seeing it live, working in the garden, journal writing, walking the dog, hiking - especially in the North Georgia mountains, going to the movies! cooking and reading are simple little joys.

Living with an open heart is a good thing in my book. Things I see and hear drive me. I think emotion is key, seeing things in the world below the surface. Life is an adventure and I'm always ready for what it serves up, here and now. We're all in the learning curve, falling, waltzing, landing somewhere.

My practice evolves….Breath meditation, awareness, love and compassion at the center; hatha yoga practice deepens.
